Curator’s Assistant Part-Time Job


SEAS’s is seeking a part-time curator assistant to work alongside the creative director, Dr Gil Mualem-Doron.  The role involves organising exhibitions and events (on and offline), marketing and social media and fundraising. This is a part-time job, currently, two days a month, London’s living wage salary, and with the prospect for more days from September and will include initiating future exhibitions. The job is open to artists and curators with some experience in marketing and fundraising who are Brighton & Hove residents and are well connected to local communities. Excellent written and communication skills are a must. SEAS is supported by Art Council England and its work is in line with the ACE’s “Case of Diversity” and “Let’s Create!”. Priority will be given to persons from underrepresented communities in the arts sector such as BAMEand people with disabilities.
